Richard Lee
Richard is an RN in the Perioperative Department at Duke University Hospital. He has been a part of the hospital’s ethics committee since 2011 and has worked with the committee’s ethics consult service since 2022. Richard has been a nurse for 30 years and has worked here at Duke since 2008. He earned a BS in Management from Virginia Tech, a BS in Nursing from Old Dominion University, and an MS in Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Richard is interested in the ethics of healthcare business practices. He has joined the clinical ethics fellowship to broaden his knowledge base and build confidence in his work as an ethics consultant.
