The Narrative Medicine Workshop on Friday, September 16, 2022, 8:00am-1:00pm, offered an in-depth exploration of narrative medicine and its relevance to caring for our patients and ourselves. Designed for clinicians at Duke, this workshop opened with a talk by Rita Charon, MD, PhD, founding chair of the Department of Medical Humanities and Ethics at Columbia University, and continued with a series of experiential sessions.
